Our concept- “Shindofuji” and “Ishoku-dougen”
We cook on the two concept, which are old teaching in Japan and China.
“Shindofuji” literary means “your body and the land can’t be apart”. It means that the foods come from the area you are raised or live are the most suitable for your body.
“Ishoku-dougen” literary means “medical and eating have the same roots”. It means that diet is the most important thing to prevent you from disease, or cure you.
We stick to local foods and avoid additives, unnaturally produced foods.
